Common Hearing is the default auditory method for an embodiment with ordinary functional hearing.

These ranges assume ordinary ambient noise and no major obstruction. Walls, doors, distance, competing noise, deafness, and sensor damage may reduce the range, prevent understanding, or modify a related Perception check.
Hearing does not provide sight or meet a requirement to see a target.
No inherent numerical bonus; apply an explicitly stated condition or sensor modifier.
